Actions don't always work on first attempt

When I select a text and run an action, the text highlight often disappears, and nothing else happens. When I select the text again and run the action again, it usually works on the second or third attempt. I haven't encountered this issue previously and am not sure when it started.

I'd appreciate it if this could be prioritized, as it's making the app frustrating and unreliable to use.

In the video, I highlight the text, click the shortcut to run the command, and nothing happens. Then, I highlight it again, click the same shortcut, and the action runs.

I'm not able to reproduce this bug. Can you share a video or reproduction steps? It would really help.
