I just use llama3.1 with Ollama and LM Studio, the bug is very reproducable for me (happens in 9/10 cases). I actually believe that it's related to the fact that the app prompts for a description using system role (perhaps it should be 'you are a title generator' for system and 'generate a title from the text less than 100 characters' for the user message?).

That's weird. Can you tell me which local model you are using?
